The everyday work around the readings
Dashboard, maintenance, alerts, tests, equipment, and learning all stay beside the tank history.
Dashboard
A dashboard you can arrange around your reef
Rearrange and resize widgets or reset the recommended layout. Health Score and System Status, Reefkeeper Level progress, nutrients, dosing, and cameras share one view.
Hide a parameter without deleting its history. It stays out of the dashboard, alerts, and Captain Chris until restored.
Tasks & maintenance
Tasks that remember the maintenance
Add one-off and repeating tasks for water changes, dosing, filter media, skimmer cleaning, lighting, or other care.
Due dates, reminders, linked equipment and completion history stay with the tank.
Alerts
Alerts based on your tank
Set per-tank thresholds and compare new readings with the tank’s normal rhythm. Warnings keep the trend and relevant dosing or equipment nearby.
Warnings are evidence to review, not a guarantee.
Tests & chemistry
Manual tests, ICP, and tester results
Log a manual test, scan or enter an ICP report, or import supported tester results read-only. Testers remain separate from controllers.
Compare elements with Natural Seawater targets and earlier reports.
Tank records
Multiple tanks, controllers, and equipment
Keep tanks separate and attach controllers, dosers, feeders, automated testers, and Collectors to the reef they serve. Plan limits still apply.
Equipment and maintenance stay beside the readings they may affect.
Learn tab
Find reefkeeping guidance without leaving your tank record
Browse searchable articles and videos by topic, or start with resources ReefMind suggests from the parameters and questions in front of you. These are guides picked for the reef in front of you, not a generic feed.
The Learn tab labels external resources clearly, so you know when a guide takes you outside ReefMind.
Crew & community
Share ReefMind with other reefkeepers
Crew Deck offers referrals, Crew Credits, Captain Chris rewards, and a Discord community.
Keep community rewards separate from the guidance collected in the Learn tab.
Livestock tab
Keep fish, invertebrates, and other livestock tied to the right tank
Build a livestock record with names, species, photos, dates, notes, and observations instead of scattering them across a camera roll and notebook.
Use the Livestock tab to follow what changed for an animal alongside the tank conditions and care history around it.
Living Room Display tab
Turn a TV or spare display into an at-a-glance reef view
Show the reef camera, current tank status, time, weather, and key readings in a layout made to be read from across the room.
The Living Room Display tab makes the tank useful and good-looking on a shared screen without replacing the full dashboard.
