ReefMind.ai product update

Upload your ICP spreadsheet and skip the retyping

Some ICP labs send your results only as a spreadsheet, and until now the ICP tab couldn’t read one. It can now. Upload an Excel file (.xlsx, or the older .xls) or a .csv right where you already upload a PDF or a photo of your report.

How to upload a spreadsheet

  1. Open the ICP tab for your tank and tap Upload.
  2. Tap Choose PDF or Spreadsheet from Files and pick the file your lab sent.
  3. Check the values on the review screen, then save — the same as a PDF or photo upload.

Read straight from the file

A PDF or photo has to be read by AI. A spreadsheet already holds the numbers, so ReefMind.ai reads them directly from the file — no AI guessing at values — and what you review matches what the lab reported. Elements the lab marks “not detected” come through as not detected, and units are converted for you.

Once you save, everything works the way it always has: your results land in your ICP history and get the same interpretation as any other upload.

If a file can’t be read, you’ll be told why. The spreadsheet needs a Units column in mg/L, µg/L, ppm or ppb. If units are missing or unsupported, or the layout isn’t one ReefMind.ai recognizes, you get a clear message instead of guessed numbers — and you can still upload the PDF or enter values manually.
